Here is an 18" Relathed and Rehammered "Genesis" by Maxwell crash cymbal. This cymbal started its life as an 18" vintage Zildjian A. with just a little more weight - since, it has been relathed and rehammered on most of the top. The bottom has not been relathed, but has been texturized with sandpaper to give a similar effect to that of Sabian's SR2 line. This is certainly a unique take on a vintage 18" Zildjian crash!
