The PreSonus Bluetube v2 is an update to the original Bluetube mic preamp, replacing the original solid-state signal path with the "XMAX" circuit from PreSonus interfaces and StudioLive mixers.
A 12AX7 tube gain stage can be dialed in along side the cleaner XMAX signal path.
