This is the Fender Jimmy Vaughan Tex-Mex Stratocaster, a signature model honoring Jimmy Vaughan?best known for his work with the Fabulous Thunderbirds, his solo career, and as the older brother of Stevie Ray Vaughan. It features an alder body, a soft V-shaped maple neck, medium jumbo frets, and a lock-pin strap button. It is equipped with a Tex-Mex Single-Coil pickup in the neck position and a Tex-Mex Hot Bridge Single-Coil pickup in the bridge position, and features a volume control, front tone control, rear tone control, and a 5-way selector switch. This model is designed to support the hot sound of Jimmy Vaughan, who is known for his blues-based yet unconventional playing style that transcends traditional boundaries. Although the tremolo arm is missing and there are some signs of use (scratches, wipe marks, picking marks on the pickguard film, etc.), the overall condition is good. When removing the pickguard film, there may be discoloration from the sticker or adhesive residue remaining. Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret leveling). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been checked up to 60‹ in both directions and is in good working order.
