The Grand Orbiter is a 4-stage OTA-based phaser You can control the sound at will, from quiet and gentle tones to fast, swirling sounds. A toggle switch lets you choose from three modulation types.Rate 1 provides a gentle movement; in Rate 2, the LFO is disabled and the resonant filter is fixed; and Rate 3 provides a fast movement. Use the Rate knob to adjust the LFO speed; the flashing speed of the built-in LED allows you to visually confirm the set LFO speed. Note that the LED continues to flash even when the effect is turned off. Use the Depth knob to adjust the blend between the dry signal and the effected signal. The Sweep knob adjusts the peak frequency; turning it to the left cuts the high frequencies for a smoother tone, while turning it to the right boosts the high frequencies for a crisper tone. The Resonance knob adjusts the feedback of the phase signal. With a wide range of adjustment, you can apply a very deep phase effect.Note that the Ground Orbiter can also be used as a vibrato (via the Phase/Vibrato switch). In this mode, the dry signal is not output. Use the gDepthh knob to adjust the volume. There are some signs of use, such as minor scratches and dirt, but it functions perfectly.
