Made in Japan in 1976, this was an early model from the FST series featuring the large CBS style headstock with a bullet truss rod while still keeping the stability of a four-bolt neck plate. Solid body wearing a three-tone sunburst bolted to a slim maple neck and 21 fret rosewood fingerboard, weighs just under 4kg's. Loaded with the original alnico pickups and Japanese pots/wiring mounted to an aftermarket pickguard. Gotoh tuners and the original Japanese tremolo system are all working well. Overall it's in reasonable vintage condition with a few signs of wear and tear. The frets are very low and play smoothly in the "fretless wonder" style, the neck is straight and the truss works as it should.
