The Sound Urchin Mini is a kalimba-like, passive electric instrument. It picks up vibrations and sends them to your amp. Not only can you create sounds and textures with the Sound Urchins spikes, but you can also pick up vibrations from just about any surface. From simple table drumming to attaching the Sound Urchin to acoustic guitars and water drums.
Run this bad boy through your pedalboard and things really start to get interesting. From creating lush soundscapes to interesting loops you
are only limited to your imagination.
