Delivering authentic boutique tube dynamics in an ultra-compact desktop footprint, the Wangs Mini 5 is a 5-watt, all-tube Class A micro amplifier head manufactured by Biyang Sound. Famous among studio musicians and bedroom players for its rich, Champ-style cleans and touch-sensitive natural compression, this micro head packs full-size tube architecture onto an open steel chassis with dual protective roll-bar handles.

The Mini 5 features an exceptionally versatile circuit driven by two 12AX7 preamp tubes, a 12BH7 power tube, and a dedicated 6Z4 tube rectifier. A front-panel mini-toggle lets you switch between Tube Rectifier (for organic vintage sag and warm compression) and Diode Rectifier (for tighter low-end response, faster attack, and higher headroom), along with a central Standby position. Additional tone shaping includes a full 3-band EQ (Bass, Middle, Treble), master Volume, and a Bright / Warm voice switch to match single-coils or humbuckers.

Around back, the amp features dedicated 1/4" speaker outputs for both 8-Ohm and 16-Ohm speaker cabinets, a switchable 110V/220V mains voltage selector, an illuminated power rocker switch, and a heavy-duty chassis-mounted power transformer.

This unit is in excellent cosmetic and fully operational condition, bench-tested with clean pots, quiet switching, and strong tube output. Standard IEC power cable is included.
