Up for sale is a super weird extremely rare Soviet VNIIRPA POPOV`S INSTITUTE shotgun dymanic microphone MD-81A with built-in active amplifier. Made in the USSR in 1986 / 1987 with very limited run. This was the very early Soviet engineers experiments upon the manufacturing of a shotgun condenser mics for Soviet film industry. Mic uses 9V battery (not included), sound transformer located inside the body. Everything is checked and inspected. Comes with 5PIN to XLR balanced output cables. Mics works great. Interesting sound experience for recording music or will be a great part of any microphone history collection!
