About this listing
The Radial HotShot 48V Condenser Microphone Switcher is a simple, reliable solution for controlling condenser microphones without touching the mic stand or console. Designed for studios, broadcast booths, stages, and podcast setups, the HotShot 48V lets performers and engineers mute or activate a condenser microphone safely while maintaining continuous phantom power. This ensures your microphone stays stable and pop-free, even during on/off switching — perfect for live talkback, announcements, or hands-free mic control. Unlike traditional mute switches that interrupt phantom power and can cause loud pops, the HotShot 48V keeps 48V phantom power flowing at all times while silently muting the audio signal. Its heavy-duty footswitch allows for momentary or latching operation depending on configuration, and the rugged steel enclosure is built to withstand years of professional use. Whether you’re managing stage announcements, broadcast cues, or studio communication, the HotShot 48V offers dependable control with Radial’s signature build quality.
