About this listing
One-owner 1999 Ovation Celebrity CC057 cutaway acoustic-electric in classic Black. Bought new and cared for ever since. The Celebrity line pairs a solid spruce top with Ovation's signature Lyrachord super-shallow roundback bowl — it hugs your body and throws more volume than its slim profile suggests. Unplugged it's bright and punchy with that unmistakable Ovation "glass" chime; plugged in, the built-in OP-20 preamp gives 3-band EQ (treble/mid/bass) and a gain control for a clean, feedback-resistant stage tone.Specs:• Model: Celebrity CC057 (cutaway)• Finish: Black• Top: Spruce• Body: Lyrachord super-shallow roundback bowl• Neck: Mahogany• Fingerboard: Rosewood• Electronics: Ovation OP-20 preamp — 3-band EQ + gain (piezo pickup)• Made in KoreaCondition: Very Good for its age.
