Gibson SG Faded – 2018Based on the traditional SG design, this model features Gibson’s Worn Bourbon finish, applied in a faded gloss nitrocellulose lacquer for a distinctive, understated vintage-inspired appearance.The guitar features a straightforward combination of a mahogany body, maple Slim Taper neck, and rosewood fingerboard.Its lightweight SG body provides excellent maneuverability, while the Slim Taper neck offers a smooth and comfortable playing feel.The guitar is equipped with a pair of Gibson 490R / 490T humbuckers. The neck-position 490R delivers a thick, warm tone, while the bridge-position 490T provides a powerful and punchy sound.
