Before the DG Custom 30 was finalized and released, there was this. Labeled DG 50 Proto 1 on the back, 50 watts.
This is a direct window into the amp development process that David and Doug Sewell went through together over several years of designing, redesigning, and comparing against David's personal collection of vintage amps. There are very few amps on the planet you can say that about.
Cosmetically solid with some scuffs, scratches, and small tolex tears on the back. Volume and master dial give it a wide range of tones from clean to very gritty. Reverb sounds lush.
