Hamer Prototype 1982 ( Serial number 2-5801)
Early Prototype with the triple coil pickup, that provides plenty of different sounds, depending on the three way switch position. The guitar was designed together with Andy Summers, who made it famous in the early 80`s. Playability is just gorgeous and it weighs only 3600 grams. The overall condition is exeptional, a true collectors item. Frets are in good shape - neck is absolutely straight, no brakes or damages at all. Original electronics with Hamer pots that date to 1980. The guitar is completely made of Mahogany, with a clear, glossy finish. Nothing is changed on this guitar, it is exactly in the condition it left the Hamer factory. There are even tiny leftovers of the protective foil in the "PROTOTYPE" writing. The guitar comes in its original case ! This is also in very good condition.
