Olivia's Vintage would like to present this 1966 Hofner 500/1 Bass in its original Sunburst finish. It has a great playing neck with great frets. The neck has been professionally reset and given additional support with a flange head screw securing the heel joint from the inside of the body. All parts are original with the only exception being one tiny screw for the truss rod cover. The pickguard is missing, but the original hardshell case is included. The lower bass side edge on the back of the body suffered minor impact and was glued before clear overspray was applied. There is also a small oversprayed area at the top of the body's back. There are typical nicks + dings, light finish checking, marks on the underside edge of the headstock and other cosmetic wear including some areas of slight binding shrinkage. The guitar itself remains structurally sound. All electronics work and sound great.We are happy to ship internationally.
