Original 1955 Gibson EM 150 Hollow body electric is from the golden era and has absolutely stunning beautiful figured maple sides and back also beautiful one piece mahogany neck with nice spruce top, all original hardware, Gold barrel knobs and killer original P90 pick up. this mandolin sounds incredibly good unplugged and very resonant and fabulous plugged into a nice clean amp. It just came back from Rockin Robins from being serviced from their best Luthier repairing surface crack on the bottom F hole was shored up. The original tuner buttons had crumbled off original Klusons put back on with vintage style correct buttons, has a pro set up with a fresh set of strings. comes with original alligator brown gibson badge case in very good condition with original strap, pitch tuner and pick from original owner. This is probably one of the nicest EM 150s I’ve had come through, she is set up and road & Studio ready!! see pictures of receipt where I picked it up on October 16th, 2026.
