Here I'm listing this beautiful Fearn mic pre. If you know, you know. Sounds big, expensive and very 3D with a lot of body and a smooth top end. Fairly clean for a tube pre. There is a very sublte lift in the upper mids, which helps with vocal clarity. If you look inside you will see fantastic, point-to-point wired work. This is one of the early units - it was built by Doug Fearn himself. There are a few light scratches and dings on the unit as it is 20 years old and has been in good use, but it's otherwise in a very good condition. Works great!Currently there are GE 5 Star 6072 tubes installed. If you want a quote for international shipping message me!
