About this listing
BJFE Honey bee in perfect conditionThe BJF Honey Bee has been our go-to low/medium gain overdrive at TGT11 since day one. With its signature warm, organic overdrive sound, it’s a pedal we always return to.Björn Juhl of BJF decided to update this beloved classic, giving it an extended tone control for even more versatility. And here’s the best part — this HBS (Honey Bee Standard) version is Björn’s personal favorite take on the Honey Bee.Our “magic setting” on a Honey Bee — and we’re sure many players feel the same — is with every knob set to 11 o’clock. But in certain situations, you might want a touch more treble. In the past, that often meant losing the pedal’s signature low-end thump. With this update, Björn has expanded the tone control range so you can dial in that extra high-end shimmer while keeping the golden, overdriven low frequencies fully intact. We believe that the No. 1 just got even better — and we think you’ll agree.Features:9 volt operation or battery power.Volume control to keep things unity or pushing your amp further into overdriveDrive control to set the amount of driveNature control to set the tonal charecter of the drive to your likingTrue bypass switching to keep your tone pure at all times
