Each channel of the REDDI V2 uses a tube-driven amplifier feeding a custom CineMag transformer, creating the full low end, open top end, and natural harmonic character that made the original REDDI a studio favorite. Its extremely wide 20 Hz to 60 kHz frequency response helps maintain phase integrity throughout the audible range, contributing to a natural, detailed sound with solid low-frequency extension. The REDDI V2 is intentionally not designed as a high-gain device; instead, its gain structure focuses on maintaining signal quality while adding the musical color of its tube and transformer signal path. The two-channel configuration makes the REDDI V2 especially useful for stereo keyboards, synthesizers, electric pianos, drum machines, and other stereo sources, while bassists can use one or both channels for studio and live applications.
