For sale is a used Epiphone Ltd. Ed. 1963 J-45 in the Ebony finish, complete with aged binding, rosette, and classic logo inlay for that authentic vintage look. This reissue model pays tribute to the iconic Gibson J-45 — famously known as “The Workhorse” — beloved by folk and fingerstyle players since the 1940s.
This guitar is in great playing condition. It has been freshly restrung and professionally set up with smooth, low action, making it comfortable and responsive across all styles. Tonally, it delivers the warm, balanced voice these round-shouldered dreadnoughts are known for.
Cosmetically, it’s very clean overall. There are a few light scratches on the top, only visible at the right angle, but nothing that detracts from its appearance or performance.
Features include:
- Solid Spruce Top
- Mahogany Back & Sides
- Rosewood Fingerboard & Bridge
- Round Shoulder Dreadnought Body
- Ebony Finish with Aged Binding, Rosette & Logo Inlay
A beautiful and reliable instrument with vintage style, modern playability, and classic tone.
