This is a SSL MadiXtreme 64. One optical MADI connection gets you 64 I/O simultaneously and works great with SSL's Alpha-Link MADI interfaces. It can also be used to receive MADI audio from a number of other sources. There's a lot of great resources out there on this unit. Item is used. Pulled from a working studio's Mac Pro tower.
