Other premium features include a solid spruce top with scalloped "X"-bracing and classic Rancher triangular sound hole, maple sides and arched back, mahogany neck, 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays, "V"-shaped headstock with vertical winged "Gretsch" sparkle logo, compensated bridge with rosewood base, deluxe tuners and gold-plated hardware.

[5] There is NO return for international transactions and overseas shipping. Our return policy does not apply to International transactions, only to the Canadian market. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify if the manufacturer will accept the warranty for an international transaction, otherwise they will be considered as used.
[6] If an item arrives Damaged, please send us pictures of the external box and damage within the first 24 hours. Failure to do so will automatically void the insurance with the carrier. Keep the box until further notice and wait for our instructions for the next step. Having an instrument setup by yourself or a non-certified technician could void the warranty and insurance on shipping.
