About this listing
“The ultimate blue-collar guitar, the Telecaster launched a musical revolution when we released it. Quickly adopted by working guitarists who were enamored with its trend-setting sound, feel and unique style, the Telecaster laid the foundation for modern country, blues, and even heavy metal (in Jimmy Page's hands). The American Original '50s Telecaster LH has all of the authentic Fender touches that made the Telecaster a star of the studio and stage, while adding modern feel and pickup switching to this classic guitar.” – From the Fender WebsiteThe Telecaster is a terrific workhouse guitar, long regarded for its versatility and reliability. This particular left handed model is spec’ed off the teles of the late 50s, from its neck carve to its fit and finish. Simple, tough, and tested this is a terrific companion for the working musician regardless of genre, equally capable of slashing leads and warm, clean, soulful tones with that characteristic Telecaster “spank”. Cosmetic Condition:This particular telecaster is in remarkably great shape with veritably no cosmetic points of contention. The only signifier it was ever used is very light scuffing of the pickguard consistent with minor playwear. As such we would consider this guitar to be in NEAR MINT condition.Specifications:Telecaster Body StyleAsh BodyButterscotch Blonde FinishMaple NeckMaple FingerboardBlack Dot Inlays1952 “U” Neck CarveGloss Nitrocellulose Neck FinishPure ’52 Single-Coil Tele Pickups3-Saddle American Vintage String Through BridgeBrass SaddlesPure Vintage Single Line “Fender Deluxe” tuners650” Nut Width5” Scale Length21 FretsLeft Handed6.8 Lbs
