If you're looking for that classic 1970s session banjo sound, this tenor banjo from Framus' Oldtime Series is just what you need! Many Irish folk music recordings from that era would be unthinkable without Framus banjos.
This German-made tenor banjo, featuring an archtop tonering and gold-plated hardware, has seen plenty of use but is in good condition. The frets are still in excellent shape.
Length 87 cm, scale length 57 cm, nut width 30 mm, head diameter 11"
The instrument shows minor signs of age and wear. A serial number is located on the back of the peghead. The gold plating is partially worn (especially on the tailpiece). One tension hook is missing. The original pegs have been replaced with modern gold-plated Schaller tuners.
The banjo is ready to play and tuned to GDAE; a case is not included in the offer but can be purchased separately.
This instrument is used! Pictures are part of the description.
