Footswitches provide control over two independent send / return loops .
The switching of each effect loop is standard true bypass style .
The Black Loop is effective when connecting multiple effects to one effect loop , or using old effects that may load or degrade the signal when bypassed .
Another function is when connecting from the SEND of one effect loop to another amplifier , in that case it can be used to switch between multiple amplifiers .
Other function is when connecting to the tuner from one effect loop SEND , it can be used as a mute switch and tuner out .
It also has a switchable , high-quality BJF buffer , which is very good to activate when you use longer cables , to prevent treble loss .
It has a very good metal housing and it is very well made with good quality components .
Passive operation without power supply is also possible but in this case the status LEDs , BJF buffer circuit and DC hollow plug outputs will not be in function .
