Vox Ultrasonic XII 1967 Cherry

For sale is a fantastic 1967 Vox Ultrasonic XII 1967 in absolutely amazing condition from the swinging 60s - even the pick guard is in good condition which is rare for these guitars. All effects in fully working order. It probably is one of the best examples of this guitar in the world. You can run this guitar as a 6 string or 12 - you just need to get it set up if running as a 6 string.

Recently had this guitar serviced by Stairway To Kevin in London's Denmark Street. When I received the guitar the frets were a little worn so it's had brand new frets, a complete clean out inside and also a new ABM 2411c-RO bridge so each string could be properly intonated. This guitar sounds absolutely amazing and plays really well. I still have the old bridge if you wish to use that (see pics).  The work cost over £1k.

The price is what it is. I purchased this guitar on reverb and you can see how much I paid for it here (£5423.12): https://reverb.com/item/44452032-vox-ultrasonic-cherry-xii-1967?utm_source=rev-ios-app&utm_medium=ios-share&utm_campaign=listing&utm_content=44452032 and then I've had £1k's worth of work done to it. I don't want to let it go for any less really and in no rush to sell at all.

Most of the pics here are from the previous auction as they are much better photos than I could take. I have included a few of my own towards the end showing the work that I had done on the guitar, spare parts and pic of the serial number.

Would really prefer local pickup if at all possible. Postage of £250 is a placeholder until I do some research on the best way to send a guitar of this value in the post, fully insured. Depending on where it's shipping to it could be less, it could be more.
