I am offering a Victory VX The Kraken from 2017, the infamous all-tube top in lunch box format from the British boutique amp forge Victory from the Kraken series with (powerful!) 50 watts RMS output power, 4x 12AX7 preamp tubes and 2x 6L6 power amp tubes, two channels with separate gain and master volume control and shared 3-band EQ, output switch with optional output power reduction to 15, 9 or 2 watts RMS and serial effect loop in a classic silver finish in excellent condition including Victory Soft Case.With the Victory VX The Kraken, the British amplifier manufacturer presents a tube amplifier manufactured in the United Kingdom in a handy lunch box size, which covers a wide sound spectrum with two channels. The volume is suitable for the stage with 50 watts, and the amplifier also cuts a fine figure in the living room studio or at home thanks to the output switch. The Victory VX The Kraken has its strengths in the range from classic crunch to massive hi-gain sounds and is aimed in particular at progressive and metal fans. Under no circumstances should you be fooled by the small dimensions of the amp. The amplifier has an output power of 50 watts from two 6L6 power amp tubes and offers enormous power reserves. The features include gain and master controls for each individual channel and the so-called bass focus switch, which changes the negative feedback and, depending on the connected speaker and the setting of the bass control, enables a “softer” (bypass) or “firmer” sound (bass focus on). By changing the negative feedback, the amplifier has even better control over the connected speaker cabinet. The Victory VX The Kraken power amplifier draws 50 watts of power from its two 6L6 tubes, which combine stage-ready volume reserves with a powerful sound that cuts through even the densest band sound. If required, the power of the top section can also be reduced to 15, 9 or even 2 watts, so that the amplifier can also fully exploit its cultivated sound in the studio or at home.
