About this listing
Here is a very nice strat made in Korea in 1989 (neck stamp is mid July 1989). This guitar is part of the Contemporary Series that Fender sold in late 80's and early 90’s and is of very high quality. This guitar is in very lightly played condition with only light surface scratches and no dings or cracks. One very small paint chip on bottom edge and chrome flaking off bridge are only flaws. Neck is straight and frets show no wear. Guitar has been completely serviced with a new set of .009-.042 strings installed, pots cleaned with contact cleaner, action set to low .060 measured at 12th fret. Lots of tonal options with 5 way switching between single-single-humbucker along with tone controls for middle and neck pickups. Guitar will come with gig bag also.
