About this listing
Ross Distortion Pedal 1980 Made In USA Summary: Here we have a Ross Distortion from 1980, this one is pretty rare as it was a transition year, the factory had moved and they were switching over to the black boxes however some tan finished boxes from the old factory showed up so pots are dated 1980 with a previous tan box on them. Model: Ross Distortion Year built: 1980Condition: 8.5/10From a few feet away it looks excellent, and it really is minus a small scratch on the right hand side of the pedal. This is a really clean example. Sadly no box is with the pedal hence the price. Works perfectly and gives a wonderful sound.Electrics: 9/10 Sockets, pots and switches etc are wear and tear items. The electrics on this pedal have been tested and are in excellent working order, but my standard disclaimer is it's a used pedal and one must expect SOME occasional electrical 'scratching' noise, crackling and popping when adjusting pots and switches. In our opinion the electrics on this pedal exhibit less than average 'noise' in normal play but there's no guarantee how long they will stay in this condition. Priced with all of the above in mind but feel free to "make an offer".ShippingFREE Next Working Day Courier deliver to Mainland England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands only all other areas are chargeable.International Shipping: We use eBay GSP (Global Shipping Program) so if you see delivery is available to your country then that's all good then.
