Unlike the traditional mahogany model, this 2014 example features stunning solid Quilted Maple back and sides, combined with a solid Sitka spruce top and a gorgeous Vintage Cherry Sunburst finish. The combination delivers an open, clear and dynamic tone with defined bass, present mids and brilliant highs. Excellent string separation, quick response and a beautifully balanced sound make this guitar equally suitable for fingerpicking and powerful strumming.Classic Mother of Pearl parallelogram inlays, gold Grover tuners and the iconic Hummingbird pickguard complete its elegant appearance. An L.R. Baggs Element pickup system provides natural amplified sound.Condition:Very good to near mint condition with only minimal signs of use, including a few light strumming marks. Otherwise, the guitar is exceptionally well preserved. Technically, it is in excellent condition and offers outstanding sound and playability. It has been carefully checked and professionally set up by us.String action:Low E: 2.6 mm at the 12th fretHigh e: 2.1 mm at the 12th fretSpecifications:Model: Gibson Hummingbird Quilt MapleYear: 2014Top: Solid Sitka SpruceBack & Sides: Solid Quilted MapleNeck: MahoganyFingerboard: RosewoodBridge: RosewoodScale Length: 629 mmNut Width: 43.8 mmBody Shape: Square Shoulder DreadnoughtBracing: Traditional Hummingbird BracingFingerboard Inlays: Mother of Pearl ParallelogramsTuners: Gold GroverPickup: L.R.
