The joint connecting the neck to the body is a compound dovetail.The 1933 L-00's vintage appearance is achieved through the Murphy Lab's Light Aged finish. This treatment simulates light play wear on the nitrocellulose lacquer and hardware, replicating the look and feel of a well-preserved instrument from Gibson's Golden Era. The guitar features single-ply top binding, aged nickel hardware, and a rosewood rectangular open slot bridge with a bone saddle. Square end tuning machines with cream buttons and light ageing maintain the vintage aesthetic. An antique white pickguard, black stamped truss rod cover, and bone bridge pins complete the look. The guitar comes with a period-correct hardshell case, a Gibson accessory kit, and a certificate of authenticity. It is strung with .012-.053 gauge strings.
