About this listing
With the Fender Jason Isbell Custom Telecaster RW 3-Color Chocolate Burst, Fender and the four-time Grammy winner from Alabama present a first-class electric guitar for country and southern rock. Adopting the style of the late Fifties, this Tele comes in an artificially aged Sunburst Road-Worn finish that conveys the authentic look and feel of a perfectly played-in instrument. In addition to the alder body with bindings on the front and back, this electric guitar features a bolt-on maple neck with a "Mid '60s C" profile and rosewood fingerboard with a 7.25" radius that lets your fingers go through the classic techniques of country and rock with ease.Pickups and bridgeFurthermore, two specially tuned Fender Jason Isbell single-coils conjure up crisp twang sounds with a distinct vintage note and lively dynamics that support expressive electric guitar playing in both the clean and overdrive channels. A highlight for all chicken-pickers is the cutaway bridge of the Jason Isbell Tele by Fender, whose flat edges allow easy access to the strings. The Fender Jason Isbell Custom Telecaster RW 3-Color Chocolate Burst at a glance:Telecaster electric guitar from the Fender Artist SeriesJason Isbell (Drive-By Truckers, The 400 Unit) modelRoad-Worn nitrocellulose finishDouble-bound alder body with front and back bindingsBolt-on maple neckRosewood fingerboard with dot inlays7.25" vintage fingerboard radius (184 mm)"Mid '60s C neck profileOne Fender Jason Isbell Telecaster single-coil in neck positionOne Fender Jason Isbell Telecaster single-coil in bridge positionFender 3-saddle cutaway Telecaster bridge with flat edges (strings-thru-body)Fender Vintage Style tunersFender Deluxe gig bag included
