This 2004 Fender American Vintage '62 Reissue plays and sounds great! The lacquer finish looks fantastic. This bass is comprised of an alder body, "C" shape maple neck that is true to the '60s feel, and a dark rosewood fretboard. This guitar does show some cosmetic wear that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, dents, and finish wear throughout the body, particularly along the sides, with additional scuffs along the back of the neck and headstock. There's also some chips and finish wear located underneath both of the strap buttons and there are scuffs along the sides of the fretboard. The hardware also shows normal tarnishing from over time. The frets are used but still play great and the electronics work as they should.
