Gretsch Double Anniversary Model 6118 Smoke Green MIJ Terada - 1993

Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a super clean and cool original Gretsch Double Anniversary Model 6118 in Fred Gretsch's favorite Smoke Green.  These beauties feature the renowned Filter'Tron pickups that deliver the best Gretsch tone ever conceived.  They read 7.28k ohms on the meter and sound glorious.   Also included is the original warranty card and Ishibashi sales receipt in the original case with some cool venue and event stickers.  Real cred there.  

The nut measures 1.69", neck depth is .86"-1.01" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively.  It;s a comfy C profile that most folks find agreeable.  24.5" scale, 12" radius, 7.48 lbs.  Freshly strung and accurately intonated with DR strings 11-50 nickel strings and low action at 1.5mm and 1.25mm.  The frets have been leveled, crowned and dressed.   The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability.   It is in excellent playable condition with no dead spots or unwarranted buzzing.  Comes safely packed and fully insured in the original hard case in the photos.
