A "Duet Plus" oboe with insert resin molding, a Conservatoire-style semi-automatic system covered keys.

By protecting the inside of the tube with a resin layer, the precision and stability of the internal structure, which is crucial for wind instruments, have been dramatically improved. The sound quality and intonation are exceptionally clear, and this oboe employs groundbreaking technology to address the inevitable problems of distortion and cracking caused by temperature and humidity differences between the inside and outside of the tube. The "duet" of traditional, rare woods and cutting-edge resin processing technology has created an "added" value that goes beyond a simple combination.

Insert Resin Molding Specification

This industry-first new technology, which involves pouring molten resin into the inside of the slightly thicker, internally processed wooden body and the tone hole areas, has resulted in the ultimate specification with high cost performance. The wood accounts for 90% of the body, making the exterior almost indistinguishable from a wooden instrument.

Tone Holes

The upper joint uses ABS resin tone holes integrally molded with the inner surface of the body.

Joint Section

The upper joint projection is also made of integrated ABS resin, reducing the likelihood of assembly problems.

Marking

This specification features an engraved mark on the underside of the upper joint.
