50ies Reissue Black Beauty from the traditional American manufacturer.

Built in the Gibson USA Custom Shop, year of manufacture: 2006.

57 VOS reissue model with Bigsby tremolo and three Gibson Custombucker humbucker pickups.

Traditional construction with mahogany body, "long tenon" mahogany neck (50ies profile), ebony fingerboard (12” fingerboard radius) and 22 frets.

High-end and upper league guitar with fat tone and excellent playability.

The three pickups are managed with the obligatory toggle switch. An interesting side effect: in the middle position, the bridge and middle pickups are active, producing a very nice “in between” tone that is subtly reminiscent of Knopfler. A very useful sound variant that a Les Paul otherwise does not offer.

Of course, at just under 4.8 kg, it weighs quite a bit. There's nothing chambered or anything like that, and the Bigsy does the rest.

Comes exactly as pictured in the original “Custom Shop Case” including certificate and all accessories.

Well-kept condition with subtle aging - see pictures. There are some subtle belt buckle marks on the back. The frets have at most 2-3 tiny traces of play.
