Original 1960 Telecaster Custom in Sunburst with slabboard fretboard.
Serial no. 58596 – neck and body dated 2-60.
A lively and resonant instrument with strong, clear tone.
Straight maple neck with a beautiful Brazilian rosewood fingerboard.
Vibrant Sunburst finish with attractive nitro checking, binding in very good condition.
Strong and well-balanced pickups (neck: 8.09kΩ / bridge: 7.08kΩ).
All parts are period-correct, pots dated week 12/1960 (304-6012).
A former neck pickup cavity modification has been professionally restored to original specs and tastefully touched up in nitro.
Original neck pickup reinstalled, currently fitted with a repro green guard.
