Here is another Get Wired! hand-built pedal. This small Northern Ontario Studio has been making their limited run of pedals on and off for the past five years to serve their personal needs and sell a few to friends. Luckily, I'm a friend of a friend and I can not stress enough how good his pedals are in build quality, feel and sound.
This is their take on the ZVEX Fuzz Factory with a little extra. Where as the ZVEX is largely uncontrollable (in a good way), the Doomsday adds soft/body controls to take off the edge and add a creamy sustain, or not. It's up to you but it's a nice option to have. With 8 control parameters - volume, gain, gate, comp, stab, body, tone, soft there are alot of options on tap.
