Bacchus GS-2DX RSM/M OWH (Olympic White) Universe Series

High playability at a low price!

The GS-2DX RSM/M features the same body shape as Bacchus' flagship G-STUDIO model, but with stainless steel frets and a coil tap switch, this entry-level model offers all the features needed in the modern music scene.

Stainless Steel Fretboard

Stainless steel frets are used for wear resistance and a grainy sound. Jumbo size frets are used for smooth string pressing and extended sustain.

Heel-less cut

Heel-less cut, which is rare for an entry-level model, enables smooth fingering even when playing high frets. Contouring on the bush bolt enhances playability.

GS” shape inherited from the Handmade Series

The body shape is inherited from the top-of-the-line “G-STUDIO” model of the Bacchus brand. The body is slightly slimmer than most similar models, and the back contour is designed to be easy to hold.

S-S-H Pickups & Coil Tap Switch

The basic G-STUDIO S-S-H pickup layout is retained. The rear position features a coil tap mechanism that switches the humbucker tone to a single coil tone. An independent mini-switch allows smooth switching while playing.

Side Jack

The output jack is located on the side of the body to improve handling during performance. It does not interfere with dynamic playing on stage.

Roasted maple neck

Roasted maple is a wood that has been artificially made to resemble aged wood by heating maple at high temperatures to volatilize the moisture and oils in the wood. The aged wood is less prone to distortion and twisting. When used in the neck, the effect is not only stable but also sonic, producing a rich, raw sound with a vintage, mellow, aged tone. Although this material is generally used for high-end models, we have succeeded in bringing it down to a more affordable price range.
