Versandrichtlinie

We usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Tracking information will be uploaded to Reverb after shipment.

All items are carefully packed with appropriate protective materials. Guitars, basses, and other instruments will be packed securely in a case or gig bag when included, and then placed in a shipping box with sufficient padding.

We mainly ship by EMS airmail. However, for certain countries and regions, including the United States, Australia, Spain, Germany, Denmark, and others, we may use FedEx. If the shipping cost exceeds 40,000 JPY, the order will generally be shipped by FedEx.

All shipments are sent with shipping insurance, regardless of the item value.

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We cannot under-declare the item value or mark items as gifts on customs forms.

Some instruments or parts containing restricted materials may not be eligible for international shipping. Buyers are responsible for confirming any CITES, import restrictions, or customs requirements with the relevant authorities in the destination country before purchasing.

In the unlikely event of loss, damage, or any other shipping accident, please contact us through Reverb immediately. Please keep all original packaging materials, shipping boxes, and labels, as they may be required for the insurance claim.

We can only ship to the shipping address provided on the Reverb order. We cannot change the destination after shipment.

For used and vintage instruments, we document the condition before shipment. Please review all photos and the item description carefully before purchasing.
