The Bourgeois OMSC 42 Style in Premium Figured Koa is an extraordinary example of boutique acoustic craftsmanship, combining exceptional tonewoods, exquisite decorative appointments, and the unmistakable attention to detail associated with Dana Bourgeois. Featuring a stunning premium figured koa top, back, and sides, this OMSC delivers the natural beauty and tonal character that make koa so highly regarded. The cutaway body design provides comfortable access to the upper frets, while the aged-tone body finish enhances the instrument's vintage-inspired aesthetic. Aged Tone torrefied Adirondack spruce bracing provides a responsive structural foundation, contributing to the instrument's resonance, projection, and dynamic range. English holly bindings throughout the body, neck, and headstock add an elegant contrast to the richly figured koa, while the 42-style abalone top border and abalone rosette create an exceptionally refined appearance.

The Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and pyramid bridge provide a beautiful complement to the koa body, while the slotted diamond-shaped headstock features a Brazilian rosewood veneer and an intricate floral inlay without a logo. Additional custom appointments include DB Snowflake fingerboard inlays, a signature backstrip, English holly endpiece and heel cap, and a celluloid tortoise pickguard. Premium Waverly three-on-a-plate tuners with snakewood buttons, antique bone bridge pins with black dots, and traditional animal protein glue construction further reflect the instrument's commitment to exceptional materials and traditional building techniques. A long 25.5-inch scale length, 1 3/4-inch nut width, and 2 5/16-inch bridge spacing provide a comfortable and familiar playing platform. Finished with a satin neck and headstock, this remarkable Bourgeois OMSC 42 Style is a beautifully appointed custom acoustic guitar that combines premium figured koa, traditional craftsmanship, and extraordinary visual elegance.
