The perfect balance pedal is brand new development from the house of Sonor, which was conceptualized by the Swiss Drum‘n’Bass machine; Jojo Mayer. Unsatisfied by the included pedal, Jojo developed his own foot machine, which combines the balance of a pedal from the 50s with the speed and technique of modern pedals. Jojo wanted a pedal that you wouldn’t notice under your foot - so to speak - and completes and every movement without resistance. The builders at Sonor made the idea a reality in the form of the Perfect Balance Pedal, an innovative tool for your feet with a ton of technical refinements.

Very practical: the pedal is simply positioned at the hoop of the bass-drum and it fastens itself. The mechanism only needs to be adjusted once to the relative hoop size and its ready. For transport, the pedal can be collapsed with just a simple press of a button and stored in the included bag. The Beater is driven by a single pull-belt, which is very light weight and offers greater flexibility than a chain. If the belt isn’t your thing and you’d prefer a chain, don’t worry, there is a possibility to convert. Due to the single column construction and the selected materials, the total weight is greatly reduced, and is also a key to the unbelievable smoothness of the pedal.
