Caton Kerfed lining machine (new version)

This is the revised version of Luthier Kevin Caton's design for a guitar kerfed lining machine. It is  compact, has a setup time of less than 5 minutes and is easy to use. After making lining this machine can easily be tucked away or hung on a wall with other jigs and fixtures.
Easily makes perfect linings of any style, at a fraction of the cost of store bought linings.

This machine is made from marine grade Baltic birch ply and comes with a 6 month warranty.
NEW FEARTURES:

1.  Now fits on most band saws from 9" or larger with a minimum of 3 1/2" resaw capacity.
2.  Now has an adjustable kerf spacing from 1/9" to 1/2"

3. New style cut depth adjustment allows the maching to be placed on any sized band saw table where-ever it works best for the saw.
 
Note: This machine will fit on any bandsaw with a 3 1/2" resaw capacity or higher, however for bandsaws with small tables, the user may need to develop ways of clamping the machine to the saw.
