These do not come up often.  It Appears complete minus the power cable and the one missing item next to the right meter.  We used one from another unit for powering up. it powered on but the meters need bulbs.  

This is a 10-channel stereo, mono, or dual-channel broadcast console, dating to around 1979-80, for AM or FM or other custom installations; it can drive a telephone line or radio transmitter with up to 10 stereo or monaural signal inputs. It features plug-in accessory modules, like several of its cousins and much console-based mix equipment prevalent in the broadcast during that time period. it looks well-kept inside and would not need a whole lot of work and maintenance for you or your engineer to get it up and running. its about 44 x 20 x 10 inches. It weighs approx. 90-100 lbs. Will be about $300 to ship.
