Before becoming "Beyerdynamic," Eugen Beyer’s Heilbronn factory crafted some of the most precise dynamic capsules in West Germany. The M 219 is a slim-profile, broadcast/studio-quality pencil dynamic microphone featuring an omnidirectional polar pattern.

Because it operates as a pressure receiver, the M 219 exhibits zero proximity effect—delivering an ultra-smooth, natural low end regardless of distance. It excels at:
