Schecter Corsair 2020 Semi Hollow Electric Guitar Gloss Black B0961

Schecter Corsair 2020 Semi Hollow Electric Guitar Gloss Black

The Corsair is a lightweight semi-hollow platform engineered for sustained resonance and tonal versatility across jazz, blues, and alternative styles. Its refined construction and thoughtful ergonomics make it equally capable in extended studio sessions or live performance settings. This B-stock example exhibits only minor finish blemishes beneath the strings—cosmetic in nature with complete structural and functional integrity.

Tone and Electronics

A pair of Schecter Diamond '78 humbuckers with coil-split capability deliver full-voiced humbucker punch and articulate single-coil textures via push-pull tone controls. The Schecter Tremolo with roller Tune-O-Matic bridge provides stable tuning and subtle pitch modulation, while Grover Rotomatic 18:1 tuners and a Graph Tech XL Ivory Tusq nut ensure reliable setup and superior sustain.

Playability and Construction

A 3-piece mahogany set-in neck with thin 'C' profile and ebony fretboard anchors a responsive playing platform. The 22 medium frets on a 14" radius accommodate both smooth chording and lead work, while neck dimensions of 0.787" at the 1st fret and 0.866" at the 12th fret paired with a 1.653" nut width provide balanced spacing and ergonomic response across the fingerboard.
