Original owner and purchased brand new. Great unit and works awesome with PT, however I've found that I prefer to continue to use my older HD I/O's instead. Just don't do enough recording (vs. mixing) to justify. Unit works great and the integration - especially the preamp control with Pro Tools is awesome. Does NOT include any software.
