Vintage microphones made by RFT VEB Mikrofontechnik Gefell in East Germany in 1970s.
This is a pair of Mv692 microphone bodies with M70 cardioid capsules. They have XLR connectors and are for use with 48v phantom power.
The microphones and capsules are in excellent working condition. Whilst they are not a matched pair, they were selected from a larger group of these microphones as sounding very close in character. They’ve frequently been used in stereo applications with excellent results.
