Overview
The first Rose Morris era Vox AC-30 amps are electronically similar to the Dallas Arbiter models from 1977, using PCB construction with the tube sockets mounted on the chassis rather than the circuit board. A slight redesign of the power supply saw a choke removed, and the speakers changed from Celestion Greenbacks to Fane ceramic "blues", but this era of AC-30 delivers the jangle and drive you'd expect to find in a good AC-30.
