Overview
A member of Taylor's 600 Series, the Taylor 655 was the jumbo 12-string addition to the series, and one of Taylor's first ever models released. Though the 655 was produced between 1978 and 1998, there was a five-year reissue run starting in 2001. The curly Maple back and sides as well as sitka spruce top were featured in every member of the 600 Series.
