This item has been tested, is fully-functional and works great. Mint condition. Looks like it was never used. Battery foam was uncompressed until I added batteries to test. Tested on batteries and AC adapter. No signs of battery leakage. Battery springs are nice and shiny. Works great on batteries and AC adapter. Box top is torn.
